The incident was caused by an external issue during which users across New Zealand experienced widespread issues with connecting to Microsoft services. Our services are hosted on Microsoft Azure, so users affected by this incident were also unable to access our services for the duration of this Microsoft outage. You can learn more here.
9:30am - There is currently an unexpected incident with our login portal which is preventing some users from logging into our products.
We're urgently investigating to get our services back up and running normally for all users. Updates will follow here as we learn more.
