We're changing our credit card payment services provider to Paystation. If you pay your subscription by credit card you'll be required to re-enter your credit card details.
Account owners will see a pop-up in-app prompting them to update their details:
Simply click Update now and follow the prompts to complete the change.
Alternatively, you can update your credit card details via your profile, as seen here: Managing payment details
What happens if I don't update my card details?
We'll no longer be able to charge your credit card from January 1st. Any invoices you receive from us won't be paid automatically.
You'll receive email notifications about failed payments to your nominated billing email address, and if the card details aren't updated any accounts you own may be suspended. To ensure ongoing access to your accounts, please ensure your card details are updated promptly.
I don't own any accounts, why am I seeing this?
Any users who have a credit card associated with our former payment services provider will be prompted to update their credit card details when signing in. This means if you used to own an account but don't any longer, you may still see this message when signing in.
It's a good idea to check under the Billing tab to see whether you've been issued any recent invoices or have any active subscriptions.
As long as you aren't being actively billed for any accounts, you can safely ignore this message. If you're not sure whether this applies to you, please reach out to support@flexitime.works.
