When registering a new account or accepting an invitation, you'll be taken to the 'Confirm your password' screen if you already have access to any of our products (PayHero, Droppah, or Karmly) with the same email address.
Simply enter the password you already use and click Sign in with email, and your new invite will be joined to your existing access.

What if I've forgotten the password?
If you've forgotten the password you used previously, you can first request a password reset, by clicking Forgot Password? in the password field.
You'll be taken to a confirmation screen - click the Send Email button, then check your inbox.
You'll receive the following email, where you can click the Reset Password button to proceed.
In the webpage that opens, you can set and confirm your new password. Passwords need to be a minimum of 8 characters long, and both fields must match. Click Confirm to set your new password.
Once your password has been reset, navigate back to your account registration or invitation email, and complete the registration with your new password.
