PayHero, Droppah and Karmly have a few subscription plans available. Which plan is best for your account depends on the number of employees you have, and which features you require access to. You can find out more about the available pricing plans and what's included with each through our websites here:
You can change your currently selected plan for a given account via the subscription tab under Billing > Subscription.
Note that you can only manage subscriptions if you're an account owner. Learn more about account ownership and how to access the Billing tab here: Accessing the subscription app
On the Subscription tab, click the three dots for additional account options, and then select Change Plan as shown in the screenshot below:
You'll be prompted to select the plan you'd like to change to, confirm your billing details, and review and accept the updated plan.
Once you've changed plans, you'll be issued a final invoice for your usage from the 1st of the month up to the date of the change. Your final invoice for the old plan and first invoice for the new plan will both be apportioned to account for how much of the current month each plan applied to.
