If you wish to cancel the subscription for any of our products (PayHero, Droppah or Karmly) you no longer require, navigate to the subscription tab under Billing > Subscription.
Note that you can only manage subscriptions if you're an account owner. Learn more about account ownership and how to access the Billing tab here: Accessing the subscription app
From the Subscription tab, you can select Cancel Account from the options button seen here:
A pop-up will appear for you to confirm you wish to cancel the account.
This is permanent and should only be done when the account is no longer needed. If you need to reinstate a cancelled account, please contact support@flexitime.works.
You'll no longer have access to your data, so it's important to extract any information you need before cancelling your account. Please refer to the Retention of Personal Information section of our Privacy Policy for information about the retention of information when an account is cancelled.
Once an account is cancelled, you'll receive a final invoice for the current month, apportioned based on how far through the month you've cancelled.
