You're able to add new accounts for any of our products (PayHero, Droppah or Karmly) to your existing subscription.
This will combine the new account into your existing invoice. If you'd prefer separate invoices, it's best to register the new account with a different email address, directly from the website of the product you're interested in (PayHero, Droppah or Karmly).
You can add an account to your existing subscription by navigating to the My Accounts area of the subscription app.
Log in at login.flexitime.works to access the My Accounts area, or if you're already logged in to one of our products, you can see how to navigate to the My Accounts page in the subscription app by clicking the buttons below.
While logged into PayHero, click the logo in the top right and click the account switching arrows from the drop-down.
While logged into Droppah, click your initials in the top right and select My Accounts from the drop-down.
While logged into Karmly, click the logo in the top right and select your name from the drop-down.
Once you're on the My Accounts page, click the New Account button in the top right to begin. Note that this button will only appear for users who already own at least one account for any of our products. Learn more about account ownership here: Managing ownership. If you wish to register an account and this button doesn't appear for you, you can register
This will display a pop-up window for you to confirm the type of account you'd like to create, and fill out a few mandatory details (or click Try a demo account if you'd like to create a pre-populated demo company to play around with).
Once complete, click the 'Create' button to get started with a new account.
