When it comes to managing the subscription details of your FlexiTime products (PayHero, Droppah, Invoxy or Karmly), it's important to understand who owns your account.
Each account has only one owner, and by default this is the user who originally registered your account. The owner will receive the subscription invoice each month, and is the only user who is able to view and manage your subscription details.
Identifying the account owner
If you're not sure who the current Owner of an account is, you can check that from within the account. Click the product name below to see more information on identifying the owner.
While logged into PayHero as an administrator, navigate to Manage > Admins and look for the orange Owner label, as seen here:
If you have a lot of admin users, you can use the search bar in the top right to search for 'Owner'
While logged into Droppah as an administrator, click your initials in the top right and select Settings from the drop-down.
Navigate to the Admins tab and look for the user whose Role is set to Owner. If you have a lot of admin and manager users, you can use the search bar in the top right to search for 'Owner'.
While logged into Invoxy as an administrator, navigate to Manage > User Access, and look for the orange Owner label, as seen here:
If you have many users, you can use the search bar in the top right to search for 'owner'.
Transferring Ownership
If you need to transfer the ownership of an account to another user, the process is easy.
Please Note: This will result in the original owner account becoming an admin user of the account, and subscription payments will become the responsibility of the user taking ownership of the account.
Starting the Transfer
To transfer an account, you'll first need to log in as the current account owner, and navigate to the Subscription tab under Billing > Subscription (learn more here: Accessing the subscription app).
From the Subscription tab, click the three dots to the right of the company you wish to transfer, and select Transfer Subscription.
A pop up will appear, where you can confirm the name and email address of the person you wish to transfer ownership to. Enter the details and click Transfer.
Once you've submitted the transfer details, you can see the pending transfer status for that company.
If you wish to cancel the transfer, you can select Revoke Transfer at any time, until the recipient has accepted the transfer.
Accepting the Transfer
The user accepting the ownership transfer will receive an email prompting them to sign up if they don't already have a login, or to sign in with their existing login details.
Once logged in, navigate to the Subscription tab under Billing > Subscription (more info here: Accessing the subscription app), where you can click Respond on the account which is pending transfer.
A pop-up will display the subscription plan details you can select for the account, and the costs associated. Follow each step in the pop up to select a plan, confirm your billing details, and confirm your payment details (if you don't already have a payment method set up).
Once you complete the steps you will be able to review your details, check the box to accept the Subscription Agreement, and click Subscribe.
A final pop up will confirm the completion of the transfer.
