You can manage your personal contact and login details for any of our products (PayHero, Droppah or Karmly) from the My Profile page.
Accessing My Profile
You can see how to access the My Profile page from each of our products by clicking the buttons below.
While logged into PayHero, click the logo in the top right and select My Profile from the drop-down.
While logged into Droppah, click your initials in the top right and select My Profile from the drop-down.
While logged into Karmly, click the logo in the top right and select your name from the drop-down.
Managing My Details
From the My Profile page, you can click the blue Edit button to change your contact details and login email.
In the pop-up that appears, you can update any of the following details -
Contact Name - The name associated with your user profile.
Contact Number - The contact number associated with your user profile.
Login Email - The email address associated with your account for logging in - if changed, you'll be sent a confirmation email to complete the change.
Login Username - Enter a custom profile username. When logging in to PayHero going forward, you can use either your email address or username.
Change Password takes you to the following pop-up. Enter your old password, then enter and confirm your new password. Click Save to save your new password.
Two Factor Authentication
You can also set up Two Factor Authentication, if desired, or if your company requires it. Learn more here: Two factor authentication
Connect to Google
Selecting Connect to Google allows you to connect your Google account to FlexiTime, enabling you to log in using your Google account details. In the pop up that appears, confirm your Google login details to complete the connection.
Connect to Xero
Selecting Connect to Xero allows you to connect your Xero account to PayHero, enabling you to log in using your Xero account details. In the pop-up that appears, confirm your Xero login details to complete the connection.
