You can set up two factor authentication (2FA) on your account if you'd like an added security measure for logging into FlexiTime products (PayHero, Droppah or Karmly).
Administrators of PayHero accounts can also require that all users in their account must set up 2FA - learn more here: PayHero & Two-Factor Authentication
Activating Two Factor Authentication
To activate Two Factor Authentication for your own login access, navigate to your My Profile page (more info on accessing the My Profile page can be found here: Managing your personal details) and select Set up Two Factor Authentication.
Next, a pop-up window will appear confirming the steps to complete.
Use your preferred authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy) to scan the QR Code that's displayed. In step 3, enter the verification code from your authenticator app, and click Confirm.
Logging In with Two Factor Authentication
Once 2FA is set up, you'll be prompted to confirm a new code each time you log in.
You'll need to open the authenticator app you originally used to verify, in order to find the appropriate code for your login.
If you're logging in on a trusted device, you can tick 'Remember me for 30 days' if you don't want to confirm your 2FA credentials every time you sign in. You'll still be prompted to confirm your 2FA code if you sign in on another device, browser, or from a different URL.
Prompted to Set Two Factor Authentication
You may be prompted to set up 2FA when you first sign in, if you have access to a PayHero account which requires 2FA.
You'll need to follow the steps to set up 2FA on your account before you can log in.
Use your preferred authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy) to scan the QR Code that's displayed. In step 3, enter the verification code from your authenticator app, and click Confirm.
