Resetting your password

Your FlexiTime login details are used to access any FlexiTime products you have access to (PayHero, Droppah or Karmly). 

If you'd like to change your password, there are two ways to update your FlexiTime password. 

While logged in

If you're already logged into a FlexiTime product, you can reset your password from the My Profile page, by selecting Change Password. You can find details on accessing the My Profile page here: Managing your personal details 

In the pop-up that appears, you'll need to confirm your old password, then set and confirm your new password. 

Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters, and both fields must match. Click Save to set your new password.

From the login screen

If you've forgotten your password, you can request a password reset from the login page of any of our products (PayHero, Droppah or Karmly) or at login.flexitime.works, by clicking Forgot password? on the password field. 

You'll be taken to a confirmation screen - enter your email address and click the Submit button, then check your inbox. 

You'll receive the following email, where you can click the Reset Password button to proceed.

In the webpage that opens, you can set and confirm your new password.
