It's common to have more than one FlexiTime account, whether you're a franchise owner with several companies all using a single product, or using several of our products (PayHero, Droppah, Invoxy or Karmly) in your organisation.
Our centralised subscription management app makes it easy to access and manage all of your accounts in one place.
Simply make sure you have access to each of your accounts with the same email address, and you can log in at login.flexitime.works to view all of your accounts.
Alternatively, if you're already logged in to one of our products, you can see how to navigate to the My Accounts page in the subscription app by clicking the buttons below.
While logged into PayHero, click the logo in the top right and click the account switching arrows from the drop-down.
While logged into Droppah, click your initials in the top right and select My Accounts from the drop-down.
While logged into Invoxy, click the logo in the top right and select your name from the drop-down.
While logged into Karmly, click your initials in the top right and select My Profile from the drop-down.
Then click My Accounts in the top left to view the list of accounts you have access to.
Managing billing for multiple accounts
FlexiTime Workforce Management subscriptions are invoiced at the start of each month, for the previous calendar month. All accounts owned by the subscriber will be billed on a single invoice.
If you'd prefer to be invoiced separately for one or more of your accounts, you'll need to ensure each account that should receive its own invoice is owned by a different email address.
If you need to change who owns any of your accounts, the current owner can transfer ownership of the account to a different owner email address. The new Owner will receive an email asking them to accept the transfer, and prompt them to select the subscription plan, billing details and payment information.
You can see how to identify the current owner of an account and how to transfer ownership, if desired, here: Managing ownership of an account.
Billing
The Billing tab allows you to manage your subscribed accounts. From this tab, you can view all FlexiTime Workforce Mangement accounts owned by you, manage each account's subscription plan, check the current month's billing to date, manage your subscription payment details, and view your invoice history.
You'll find three different areas under the Billing tab:
The Subscription tab shows all accounts currently linked to your subscription.
Click the three dots beside the account name to change the subscription plan, transfer ownership to another user, or cancel the subscription.
If the account is currently on a free trial, click Subscribe to set up the subscription. Learn more about subscribing here: Subscribing an account
The current subscription plan and cost information will be shown for each account, and you can click on an account name to see more detail about the current month to date subscription costs for that account.
The Payment Details tab allows you to view and manage your billing and payment details.
Invoice History
The Invoice History tab shows all subscription invoices issued to this Owner. Invoices can be downloaded by clicking the download icon.
If the subscription is transferred to a new Owner, that user can only view invoices which were issued to them. Learn more about transferring ownership here: Managing ownership of an account.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I tell who owns each account?
The top section of our Managing ownership of an account article shows how to identify the owner of an account.
How do I ensure I get a single invoice for all of my accounts?
Make sure all of your accounts share the same owner. If any of your accounts have a different owner, transfer those accounts to the person who owns your other accounts. See more on identifying owners and transferring accounts here: Managing ownership of an account.
How do I ensure I get separate invoices for each of my accounts?
Make sure each of your accounts have a different owner. This will require a different email address to own each account. If any of your accounts are currently under the ownership of a single owner, transfer those accounts to different owners. See more on identifying owners and transferring accounts here: Managing ownership of an account.
Can non-owners still access multiple accounts in one place?
