FlexiTime subscriptions are paid each month by an automatic charge to your credit card, or direct debited from your New Zealand bank account.
If your payment is not successful, we'll notify the Billing Email on your subscription so you can rectify the issue. FlexiTime will retry your payment every evening until it is successful.
Suspended Subscription
If payment is not received, access to your account might be suspended. You can reactivate your account by logging on as the Owner, then click Pay Invoice(s).
You'll be prompted to initiate payment of any outstanding invoices. Click Edit to update the credit card information, if needed.
Click Pay Now to charge the outstanding invoice to your credit card. Your account will be available to use when the payment has been processed.
