Partners are eligible for one free account per FlexiTime Product for their own use. From the Manage Partner tab, existing accounts can be added to the Partner record, or new internal Partner Accounts can be created. Both of these options are available by clicking the blue + Account button.
My Accounts
Once Partner Accounts have been set up, they can be accessed both from the Manage Partner tab or the My Accounts > Partner Accounts tab.
By default, only the Owner of the partner portal will be able to see these accounts, unless you've granted access to other partner staff. Learn more here: Partner Staff
Demo Accounts
Under My Accounts > Demo Accounts, you can also manage your own demo accounts for each FlexiTime Product. Each Partner Staff member is able to create their own demo accounts to trial the software.
To create a new Demo Account, you'll need to click the New Demo Account button in the top right-hand corner of the My Accounts > Demo Accounts tab. The demo accounts will automatically reset after 14 days, or you can click the three dots on the right if you’d like to delete a demo company so that you can create a fresh version.
