As a partner, you'll be invoiced on the 1st of each month for any of your clients’ accounts that you or any of your staff own the subscription for.
An overview of the month’s subscriptions can be viewed in the Partner Portal by clicking on the Billing > Subscription tab on the left-hand side.
This screen will show an overview of the subscriptions for each of your clients. Click on a client to expand their record and see more information about each of their accounts, including the pricing plan each account is on, and the Total Monthly Cost. This is based on the current point in time, so may increase over the month as pays are processed, depending on the plan for each account.
If any clients don't appear on this page, it's likely that they own their own subscription. See the 'Managing Subscription Ownership' section of this article if this needs to be changed.

Managing Subscription Ownership
If you need to change the ownership of a client's account at any stage, this can be managed by transferring ownership from the current owner to the new owner, as seen here: Managing ownership of an account
If you need to transfer ownership of one of your Clients to another FlexiTime Partner, you’ll need to get in touch with us at partners@flexitime.works and we can help process the transfer from our end.
