As a partner, you can view and manage your billing details via the Billing tab in your partner portal. There are three sections within the Billing tab, detailed below.
Subscription
The Subscription tab allows you to manage the subscriptions for each client account you own. You can learn more about managing client subscriptions here: Partner Subscriptions
Payment Details
The Payment Details tab is visible only to the owner of your partner portal, and allows you view and manage the payment details and billing method for your account.
The sections you may see in the Payment Details tab include:
Details - Control the contact details your subscription invoices will be emailed and addressed to.
Subscription Payments - This section will show your currently selected payment method (credit or direct debit). Your subscription charges for all client accounts you own will be debited from the selected payment method once a month.
By default, this will be the payment method you entered the first time you subscribed a client's account, and all accounts subscribed under your ownership after the first Client will then be charged to the same payment method.
Click Edit if you need to update the credit card details or your direct debit bank account. Alternatively, if you wish to change between credit card or direct debit payments please contact us at support@flexitime.works.
Revenue Share Payments - This section will appear if you’ve opted for the Revenue Share for clients who own their own subscription (learn more here), and allows you to populate your bank account details you'd like us to pay your Revenue Share amounts into.
Invoice History
Under the Invoice History tab, you can view and download your invoice for each month and see each invoice’s status.
