When logging into FlexiTime (for the use of PayHero, Invoxy, Droppah or Karmly) following this update, you'll be prompted to acknowledge that you have read and agree to our updated Subscription Agreement.
The updated agreement is clearer and more structured, with additional sections detailing new services and processes. The indemnification and cancellation/termination sections have been expanded and clarified to provide more comprehensive coverage and clearer procedural steps. Minor wording changes improve readability and consistency. The primary changes are detailed below.
- Section Renumbering and Reorganisation:
- The sections have been renumbered and reorganised for better clarity and structure.
- New Sections Added:
- Section 3: Pay Now Service: Detailed terms for the "Pay Now" service, including direct debit processes, responsibilities regarding insufficient funds, and conditions for extending credit.
- Section 4: Authority to Direct Debit: Clarity on the process and authority required for initiating direct debits, including user rights to terminate or stop payments.
- Indemnification Clause Expanded:
- Previous Version (Section 9.3): Indemnification primarily covered failures by POLi.
- New Version (Section 11.3): Expanded to include failures by POLi, your bank, or any other person, and covers reversed payments by these entities.
- Cancellation and Termination:
- Previous Version (Section 7): Combined provisions for data export, anonymisation, storage, deletion, and reinstatement under one section with subpoints.
- New Version (Sections 9.6 to 9.8): Clearer structure by splitting these provisions into distinct sections, making the steps more straightforward and easier to follow.
- Wording Adjustments for Clarity:
- Consistent use of terms such as "Personal Identifying Data" for specificity.
- Technical and Organisational Measures:
- Similar in content, but the new version provides slightly more detailed descriptions and maintains consistent terminology throughout.
